Drawing upon decades of experience in fields which include psychology, management development, international sport and nutrition, our team of consultants has the knowledge to design and deliver impactful resilience building, stress management and wellbeing programmes.
Noel has been practising as an executive coach and facilitator since 2002. Prior to that he held management roles in the banking and financial information industries.
Making use of his own experience, along with skills honed by acting as a trusted advisor to HR and L&D professionals at a range of blue chip companies, Noel is able to craft impactful training programmes that are suitable for senior executives and junior employees alike.
Dr. Lindsay Joyce
A registered psychologist, Lindsay specialises in simplifying psychological theory and applying it to real-world workplace contexts. Lindsay is also a sought-after keynote speaker and an authority in the field of resilience.
As a management consultant, teacher and manager, Lindsay has helped companies throughout the UK train their employees in a range of stress management and resilience techniques.
Patricia is a Senior Business Psychologist, Accredited Master Executive Coach and Trainer with over 15 years’ experience. She is a registered member of the International Society of Coaching Psychologists and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
Previously, Patricia was a Senior HR Consultant at an international Management Consultancy, and worked for Unilever Plc in Marketing and Operational leadership roles where she gained strong commercial insight and an understanding of the complexities in managing people and wellbeing at work.
Claire leads our wellness practice and oversees Wiser Working’s client diagnostic assessments. As a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Claire works with our clients to integrate elements of nutrition and lifestyle in building physical resilience.
With a background in corporate employment, Claire is well-placed to provide clients with realistic plans to enhance their physical health, improve energy levels and overall wellbeing. Claire also incorporates the fields of epigenetics and functional medicine into her consulting, coaching and training programmes.
Informed by latest developments in neuroscience, interpersonal neurobiology and body-orientated psychotherapy, Mairead sees her role as helping people find their way back from overwhelm and stress to rediscover their natural capacity for resilience, vitality and connection.
Mairead took up Yoga as a teenager and has since immersed herself in the study and practice of body-mind approaches to health and wellbeing. She is qualified as a Stress Management Therapist, Reflexologist, and Teacher of Mindfulness Meditation (MBSR). Mairead is accredited in Somatic Experiencing by Dr Peter Levine’s Institute in the US, and is currently completing a Gestalt Practitioner Diploma.
Dr. Jonathan Bloomfield
Jonathan is a Performance Consultant, providing coaching services to individuals across a range of different industries, with a focus on the management of physiological stress and fatigue.
Jonathan’s background is in Sports Science and he has worked with high performance athletes for over 15 years, managing stress load and recovery in international football and rugby union, European Tour Golfers and Olympic athletes. In recent years, Jonathan has applied his knowledge on fatigue within Healthcare, Transport, Construction and Policing sectors.
Dr. Martin Egan
Martin draws on his deep expertise in organisational culture development to help organisations create cultures that enhance performance, reduce stress levels and improve employee engagement.
He has a special interest in understanding the often-unconscious dynamics that exist within organisations and how these influence the behaviour of individuals and groups to shape corporate cultures. Martin partners closely with HR professionals, business leaders and culture champions to offer a combination of diagnostic tools and facilitated interventions that drive new ways of thinking and behaving.
Jon is an experienced corporate trainer and executive coach who specialises in working with groups and individuals on their leadership, wellbeing and resilience. With a background in health and social care, he now works with a range of organisations including Cisco Systems, Johnson & Johnson, GSK, NHS and London Borough Social Services.
He holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Forensic Psychology. Jon is also an accredited Co-Active coach, certified with the International Coaching Federation. In recent years he has developed a focus on mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In 2015, he co-authored the popular ACT-focused book ‘ACTivate Your Life’.
